So you want to improve the energy efficiency of your home and you are not looking to sell your property?
Great, then you don't need and EPC but you can get an Energy Performance Report, EPR. This report shows the same information
contained in an EPC (energy rating from 1 to 100, with potential for improvement) but does not form the certificated requirement
for a HIP if you do decide to sell your home.
Why wait till you move home before you improve the energy efficiency of your home? Why decorate your home
