Fees are based on advice required, your location, time spent at you home, how far I have to travel.
Most of my work is
central London based but I do have contracts as far as Derby and Cornwall. If working within central London I travel
on my bicycle, or by tube or bus, therefore I do not have to include the congestion fee into my costs.
Post code areas covered SE1; SE11; SE17; EC1; EC2; EC3; EC4; E1; E2; N1; WC1; WC2; W1; W2; SW1 - if you live outside these
areas, please contact me.
If I travel outside of London, my fees will reflect my transportation costs to your property, and
whether or not I have other work in the area.
As a truly green
service, living in London I do not own a private vehicle, but am a member of car club and will use one of the car
club vehicles or other hire car if I cannot reach your property by bike or public transportation.
